RW Joiners is a multi-award-winning manufacturer specialising in bespoke timber doors and windows, kitchen and residential joinery, and large-scale commercial projects. Based in Queensland, we are proud to be one of the state’s largest and most trusted names in the joinery industry.

Founded on 23 May 1985 by Ross and Lynette Wilson, RW Joiners began as a modest operation in rented premises on Brook Street in Toowoomba. Rapid growth saw the business move to a purpose-built facility in Spencer Street in 1989. In 1990, responding to rising demand, we expanded into commercial joinery—an evolution that sparked multiple expansions over the decades that followed.

At its heart, RW Joiners has always been a family business - and that legacy continues today. The second generation, brother-and-sister team Ryan and Haylee Wilson, are now coming through, bringing fresh energy and ideas while staying true to the values the company was built on: pride in workmanship, honest service, and doing things properly.

From our 4,000m² workshop, we combine traditional craftsmanship with the latest CNC technology and modern production methods. We are always on the lookout for smarter, better ways to build, while keeping quality, detail, and durability at the forefront of everything we do.

Most of our team begin their apprenticeship with us, training onsite and learning the RW Joiners way from day one. It is how we protect our standards, build long-term skills, and deliver consistently high-quality work—project after project.

Today, RW Joiners delivers projects for local, interstate, and international clients. Our work has reached destinations including New Zealand, England, and Papua New Guinea, as well as luxury island resorts. And even as we have grown, we have held onto what matters, retaining some of our original staff and maintaining a culture built on loyalty, innovation, and exceptional joinery.
